Another injury for Nehra

Ashish Nehra is again injured. He is perenially injured with phases when he is fit is the better way to put it. Right from the days when he had played a single test, was out of the team for some time due to injury, that Nehra has had his long term affair with the injuries.

I remember Nehra was slated to come witht the North Zone team to Calcutta for a Duleep Trophy match. He could not because of course, he was inured! A few days ago when the guy was selected again to the Indian team, I had written:

And Nehra has underperformed for most of his international career. This may well be his last chance in the one day squad but it is a chance he deserved. I think he will make the most of it.

Nehra performed well in the matches he played. Its some more anguish for Nehra and his fans.

  3. There are people like me who still believe he has ability but there have been the injuries have been a ruining factor.

  4. the comment was meant in gest. nehra has ability but i seriously question his attitude. i lost faith in him in the odi game against pakistan in rawalpindi 2004. If you remember he played a hoick with about 12 runs to get, with no interest at all, as though he couldn’t care less.
