Yeah Tarun I second the sentiments. Fans love to criticise and media loves a story. So we cannot help this sadly.

If for once Tendulkar is allowed to live in peace and don't pinned down every failure of his we can see some in form Tendulkar.
The ball he got out to Flintoff in Mohali Test would have got any batsmn who is currently playing.
He has everything in him to rise again.
Lets hope for once Indian media comes out to support him when he is down.

Just my thought, know nothing about any sports to discuss about sporting figures like Tendulkar or Gavaskar :( .

Oh RIGHT!

The physical prowess is some thing which can be argued upon. I do not know how, those who do, argue on the mental front.

I don't think it's his mental power, but his physical power. Perhaps he has become much more tired, and especially with all those injuries. Also, it could be he is trying to reach more milestones in terms of runs and thus playing cautiously (though without much result). I have heard and read that Gavaskar was often criticized for his slow and boring batting, and people often accused him of doing so to reach cricket milestones.
